3.2.10. Cover of a head of the block of cylinders (2,2 / 2,5 l)
The head of the block of cylinders is uncovered, for example, for dismantling of nozzles, the camshaft or a head of the block of cylinders.
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect a wire of "mass" of the battery.
Prevention
At the same time the anticreeping code of radio is erased.

| 2. Remove a cross pipe of the air filter. |
| 3. Remove the channel of wires on the engine (3). |
| 4. Remove the top covering (4). |
| 5. Unscrew system of the exhaust ventilation of the engine (5) from a head of the block of cylinders and take elements of its connection. At the same time do not bend air ducts. |
| 6. Remove drain masloshlang from nozzles. |
| 7. Unscrew bolts (6) of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 8. Uncover a head of the block of cylinders (7) with sealing laying (8). |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Before installation of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders track correctness of landing (shooter) of plugs of covering (1). Replace the damaged sealing rings. |
| 2. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders with sealing laying and tighten with the moment 10 N. of m, i.e. it is not really strong. Replace the damaged sealing laying. |
| 3. Connect pipelines of injection of fuel and drain masloshlang. |
| 4. Connect and attach hoses of the exhaust ventilation of the engine. |
| 5. Establish a plastic covering and the channel of wires. |
| 6. Establish a cross pipe of the air filter. |
| 7. Connect a cable of mass of the battery (–). |
| 8. Set an anticreeping code for radio. |
| 9. Start the engine and check for oil resistance. |
