9.2.3. Back springs
Prevention
Depending on equipment of the car various springs with the corresponding rubber support are applied. For designation of springs on the last round the color stroke is put, and also number of a detail is beaten out. When changing apply springs with identical designation.
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Put the car behind on supports. |
| 2. If is available, remove a suspension bracket lever casing. |

3. Take from fastenings a wire of the indicator of wear of brake slips (72). |
|
|
4. The spring is loaded. For removal it is necessary to squeeze it even more to unload plates of a spring. At the same time the device of compression has to cover 4–5 rounds. |
|
5. Unscrew самоконтящуюся a suspension bracket lever nut (72b), remove it together with a washer. Get a bolt. |
|
6. Take away the lever down and remove a spring together with rubber support. |
|
7. Squeeze a spring in adaptation, as shown in the drawing, remove a rubber support, rotating to the left, then slowly unclench a spring. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Before installation check rubber support for porosity and damages, if necessary replace them. Clear a prileganiye surface on the suspension bracket lever. |
| 2. Put the device for compression and slowly squeeze a spring. |
| 3. By the right rotation put a rubber support. For simplification of installation it is possible to grease a support with liquid soap or glycerin. |
| 4. Put a spring so that the end of the lower round sat in deepening of the lever. |
| 5. Put a bolt of the lever of a suspension bracket and screw new самоконтрящуюся a nut (72b) with a washer, without tightening it. |

6. Put a garage jack under the suspension bracket lever, raise the lever that the half shaft became approximately horizontally. Do not forget wooden laying between the lever and a jack. |
Prevention
At rise you watch to raising the car from supports.

| 7. In this situation tighten a spring nut with m 70 N.' moment. |
| 8. Release a spring, paying attention to correctness of its landing in the lever and on a body. |
| 9. Remove adaptation and a jack. |
| 10. Lay a wire of the sensor of wear of brake shoes on the place. |
| 11. If is available, put a lever casing. |
| 12. Check car level on the forward bridge. |
| 13. Establish the correct provision of headlights. |
