8.6.6. A cable of the operating pressure

Adjustment of a cable of the operating pressure needs to be checked in the following cases, if necessary to introduce amendments:

 – surely at installation of a cable of management of gas;
 – if too strong breakthroughs at gear shifting in the range of partial loadings are observed, i.e., at average turns of the engine. At the same time do not establish too short a cable of the operating pressure, otherwise you will not be able to make brake switchings.

Switching of the highest transfers is made in the range of high speeds of the movement.

If switching of the highest transfers is carried out only in the range of low speeds of the movement, then under certain circumstances the cable can be unhooked or become torn.

You do not make any return switchings at completely squeezed out accelerator pedal.

Brake switchings are impossible, i.e. at the return switching of the lever of the selective choice, for example, from situation "D" the transmission does not turn on in situation "3".


The described claims can have also other reasons. As assessment of malfunctions demands special experience, charge purposeful detection of malfunctions and their elimination to auto repair shop.

1. Warm up the engine up to the working temperature.

Check installation of a cable of management of the gas / lever of a butterfly valve, if necessary adjust.

2. Leave to idle the engine, disconnect the vacuum regulator equipped with the carving plug from the plug, and switch off the engine.
3. Until then roll the adjusting screw (15) until tightening the nipple on the expansion plug (17) has a gap approximately in 2 mm.
4. Then unscrew the adjusting screw until the edge of an arrow is not established precisely over a notch on the adjusting screw.
