8.5.4. Removal of air from a control system of coupling
From a control system of coupling air has to be removed if the pedal of coupling does not come back or with delay comes back to starting top position or if the hydraulic system opened.
As the hydraulic system of coupling works with use of brake fluid, it is possible to read also subsection 12.10.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Raise the car. |
2. Check the level of brake fluid in the general receiver, if necessary add brake fluid to the maximum mark. |
3. Take off dustproof caps from valves of sapun on the distributive cylinder and on a forward right support of the disk wheel brake mechanism. |
4. Carefully clean valves of sapun. |
5. Get a transparent hose on the valve of a sapun of a support of the disk wheel brake mechanism. |
6. Fill in brake fluid in a hose. For this purpose open a carving stopper of the device for removal of air on a support of the brake mechanism. Slowly squeeze out a pedal of a brake (assistant) and you keep in this situation. Close the valve of a sapun and release a brake pedal. Then again open the valve of a sapun and again squeeze out a brake pedal. Repeat this operation until the hose completely is not filled with brake fluid. Close a hose a finger in order that brake fluid did not pour out.
Prevention
Liquid level in a vessel should not fall too low, if necessary add new brake fluid.
|
7. Insert the free end of a hose into the screw of a sapun on a support of a disk brake. Repeat this operation until in a compensation tank air bubbles do not cease to be allocated more. At the same time constantly add new brake fluid. |
8. Close screws of a sapun on a support of a disk brake and on the distributive cylinder. Remove a hose and spread dustproof caps. |
9. Lower the car. |
10. Add brake fluid to the maximum mark. |
11. Check functioning of the brake system and system of coupling. |
