8.5.3. Coupling switching off coupling bearing
Noise of the working bearing in the switched-off state, that is, at the squeezed-out coupling pedal, indicates malfunction of the bearing of the coupling of switching off of coupling.
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the transmission. |

2. Remove the bearing of the coupling of switching off of coupling (1) from a tubular support on a forward cover of the transmission. |
|
3. Move a fork of switching off of coupling (2) in the direction of an arrow (A) and then remove in the direction of an arrow (V) from a bolt with a spherical head (3) on a case of coupling and remove it. |

Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Squeeze and at the same time rotate the coupling switching off coupling bearing. |
| 2. If the bearing rotates spasmodically, install the new bearing. |
| 3. Check the surfaces of sliding for lack of wear, corrosion and damages. |

Installation

1. Wipe a pure rag of a surface of the bearing and contact surfaces and grease them with MOS2 – plastic disulfidmolibdenovy lubricant.
Prevention
You apply very few lubricant that in the mounted state lubricant could not get on the surface of friction.

| 2. Squeeze out the bearing of the coupling of switching off of coupling (2) against the direction (V) on a bolt with a spherical head (3) until the bracket for fastening of a spring of a fork is recorded. Then move a fork against the direction of an arrow (A) until press the core of the distributive cylinder does not adjoin a coupling switching off fork flute. |
| 3. Grease the bearing of the coupling of switching off of coupling and both side dredging on a back part of the coupling inside. |
| 4. Get the bearing of the coupling of switching off of coupling on a tubular support and turn it until it does not get to side grooves in a fork. |
| 5. Mount the transmission. |
