8.2.7. The fuel distributor with valvate nozzles
Removal
Prevention
Provide good aeration of a workplace! Vapors of fuel are poisonous, avoid use of naked flame because of risk of fire!
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect a weight(s) wire from the plug of the rechargeable battery.
Prevention
At the same time the anticreeping code of radio is erased.

2. Reduce pressure of vapors of fuel, for this purpose quickly open a cover of a bulk mouth of the fuel tank. |
3. Remove a cross pipe of the air filter. |
4. Remove a hose (1) for removal of air from a case. |
5. Remove the hose (40/11) which is under depression. |
6. Remove from the coil of ignition of a wire of high voltage and disconnect them from spring clips on the fastening device. |
7. Unscrew bolts (17/4) from clips of a fuel-supply line (17/5). Pay attention to that nuts did not drop out (17/6). |
8. Turn off giving (17/2) and drain (17/3) fuel-supply lines. For this purpose weaken a cap nut and a hollow bolt (17/7).
Prevention
Before separation of fuel-supply lines lay thick rags over connections to catch the fuel remains which are thrown out by perhaps remained residual pressure.

9. Remove shtekkerny sockets of valvate nozzles (arrow). |
10. Unscrew bolts (17/1) and remove expansion plugs (17/8). |
11. Carefully extend from the inlet gas pipeline the fuel distributor (17) together with valvate nozzles. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Insert the fuel distributor with new sealing rings of round section. |
2. Insert expansion plugs and screw the fuel distributor. |
3. Pull the shtekkerny socket for valvate nozzles. |
4. Screw fuel-supply lines with new sealing rings. |
5. Fix the drain pipeline on the fuel distributor by means of clips. |
6. Get wires of high voltage on coils of ignition and fix them in spring clips on the fastening device. |
7. Get a hose for removal of air from a case so that shooters stood on a hose and a rubber flange opposite to each other. |
8. Establish a cross pipe of the air filter. |
9. Attach a weight(s) wire to the plug of the rechargeable battery. |
10. Determine time on hours. |
11. Enter an anticreeping code of radio. |
12. Start the engine and check tightness of junctions of fuel-supply lines. |
