8.1.14. Hydrovalve case
Below the working procedures on the diesel engine are stated.
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Weaken on an air hose a collar (90/1). |
| 2. Remove a vacuum hose (100a) from the membrane mechanism of a vacuum advancing of ignition of the hydrovalve (100). |
| 3. Unhook connecting draft (200) on the hydrovalve. |
| 4. Unscrew two bolts (60/2) and displace the valve of system of recirculation of exhaust gases (60) aside. |
| 5. Unscrew three bolts (105/1). |
| 6. Extend the hydrovalve case (105a) from a cross pipe of the air filter. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Check a sealing ring of a round profile for damage, if necessary replace it. |
| 2. Push in a cross pipe of the air filter the hydrovalve case together with sealing rings of a round profile. For this purpose weaken bolts of the holder of a cross pipe of the air filter and then again tighten. |
| 3. Screw the hydrovalve case. |
| 4. Screw the valve of system of recirculation of exhaust gases. |
| 5. Hang connecting draft on the hydrovalve. |
| 6. Spread a vacuum hose. |
| 7. Spread an air hose and record it a collar. |
