8.1.13. Fuel thermostat
2,0 L DIESEL ENGINE
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the inlet gas pipeline. |
2. Disconnect a weight wire from the rechargeable battery.
Prevention
At the same time the anticreeping code of radio is erased.

| 3. Remove a cylinder 3 glow plug. |
| 4. Remove a hose of supply of cooling liquid (87), previously having weakened and having moved a collar of fastening (87/1) back. |
| 5. Remove the bringing fuel-supply line (88), previously having weakened and having shifted a collar of fastening (88/1) back. |
| 6. Remove a fuel-supply line (89). For this purpose deblock a high-speed lock. |
| 7. Unscrew a bolt (13a) on the fuel pump of nozzles. |
| 8. Unscrew 3 bolts (86/1) on the holder. |
| 9. Unscrew the thermostat (86). |
| 10. Unscrew a hollow bolt (86/2). |
| 11. Wring out a hollow bolt from the thermostat. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Press a hollow bolt into the thermostat, at damage replace a sealing ring of round section. |
| 2. Install the thermostat. |
| 3. Twist a hollow bolt. |
| 4. Twist bolts (86/1), (13a). |
| 5. Pull a fuel-supply line, at damage replace a sealing ring of round section. |
| 6. Pull the bringing fuel-supply line and record it a collar. |
| 7. Pull a hose of supply of cooling liquid and record it a collar. |
| 8. Establish a cylinder 3 glow plug. |
| 9. Install the inlet gas pipeline. |
| 10. Attach a weight wire to the plug of the rechargeable battery. |
| 11. Determine time on hours. |
| 12. Enter an anticreeping code of radio. |
| 13. Start the engine and leave it to rotate idling. Check tightness of all connections. |
| 14. Check the level of cooling liquid, if necessary add it. |

2,2 / 2,5 L DIESEL ENGINE
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the inlet gas pipeline. |
2. Disconnect a weight wire from the rechargeable battery.
Prevention
At the same time the anticreeping code of radio is erased.

| 3. Twist a bolt (42) on a wire well. |
| 4. Remove a fuel-supply line (90/2). For this purpose deblock a high-speed lock. |
| 5. Remove a fuel hose (90/1), previously having weakened a collar and having shifted it back. |
| 6. Unscrew fixing bolts (60/2). |
| 7. Take the fuel heat exchanger (60) together with the thermostat. Merge the following cooling liquid in a suitable vessel. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Install the fuel heat exchanger together with the thermostat and new consolidation (60/3) and screw with the moment 10 N. of m (approximate value). |
| 2. Spread a fuel-supply line, at damage replace a sealing ring of round section. |
| 3. Spread the fuel pipeline and fix it a collar. |
| 4. Install the inlet gas pipeline. |
| 5. Attach a weight wire to the plug of the rechargeable battery. |
| 6. Expose time on hours. |
| 7. Enter an anticreeping code of radio. |
| 8. Start the engine and leave it to rotate idling. Check tightness of all connections. |
| 9. Check the level of cooling liquid, if necessary add it. |
