4-CYLINDER ENGINE

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Separate shtekkerny connection between the engine and coils of ignition (X26/24).
2. Take and put aside a windscreen washer tank.
3. Unscrew an arm of the inlet gas pipeline.
4. If is available, uncouple the lever mechanism of a tempomat.
5. Remove from coils of ignition of a wire of the high voltage (shooter). Turn out bolts (20/1) to ignition coils.
6. Open protective caps (20/2) on the lower party of coils of ignition. Note wires on plugs 15 and 1 an adhesive tape and unscrew them.
7. Extend coils of ignition (T1/1) and (T1/2).
Prevention

Connecting elements are energized to 400 Volts. Therefore it is always necessary to connect clips / package of the core of the car case.

8. Mount ignition coils in the sequence, the return to removal. Respectively, one coil of ignition powers of two spark plugs.
 

6-CYLINDER ENGINE

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a cross pipe of the air filter, for this purpose weaken hose clips.
2. Unscrew the protection cover of spark plugs (5/1).
3. Remove plugs of wires of a chain of management on coils of ignition (arrow).
4. Remove plugs of wires of high voltage at the exit of a secondary chain (Tb).
Prevention

Coils of ignition (T1) are got by means of the candle plug through (That) directly on a spark plug. An exit of a secondary chain (Tb) by means of a wire of high voltage arrives on the corresponding spark plug. The directing pin (W) at the same time is an element of connection of the coil of ignition on the case.

5. Pull the ignition coil up.
Prevention

Connections of primary chain are energized to 400 Volts! Therefore always a clip / package of the core have to be connected to the car case.


Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. In the drawing the scheme of connection of coils of ignition and spark plugs is submitted. Respectively, one coil of ignition powers with a high voltage of two spark plugs.
