4-CYLINDER PETROL ENGINE
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove the hydraulic coupling of the fan of the cooling system. |
2. Disconnect a hose for cooling liquid (4) on a casing of the fan (11). |
3. Remove the fixing springs (1). |
4. Extend a casing of the fan (11) from the clutch on a radiator up. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Insert a fan casing together with the fixing plates into the clutch on a radiator. The quantity of the fixing plates can be various depending on model. |
|
2. Establish on one axis a casing of the fan (11) in relation to the fan (25) according to the specified sizes: А: 22–25 mm В: 25–38 mm С: 17–23 mm |
3. Press the fixing springs (1). |
4. Put on a hose of cooling liquid. |

FEATURES OF THE 6-CYLINDER ENGINE
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To remove a ring (2) casings of the fan, extend a lock pin (1). |
2. Turn a ring to the left and lay it above the fan. |
3. Establish a fan casing ring on a casing (3) and until then turn it to the right until it is possible to insert a lock pin. |

DIESEL ENGINE
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect lock clips. At the 2,5 l engine extend a fan casing from the clutch (shooter) and lay over the fan. |
2. Disassemble the hydraulic coupling of the fan of the cooling system. |
3. Unhook a hose for supply of cooling liquid from a fan casing. |
4. 2,0 / 2,2 l engine: extend a fan casing from the clutch on a radiator up. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Insert a fan casing with the fixing levels (arrow) into the clutch on a radiator. Depending on model the quantity of the fixing levels can be various. |
|
2. Center a fan casing in relation to the fan according to the specified sizes. 2,0 l engine: And = 22 mm In = 31 mm With = 20 mm 2,2 / 2,5 l engine: And = 22 mm In = 28 mm With = 20 mm |
3. Press the fixing springs. |
4. Hang a hose for supply of cooling liquid. |
