4.4. Contour of circulation of oil (DD)


The oil pump (240) soaks up engine oil from the oil pallet and forces it in an oil filter of the main contour (275). Between the delivery and soaking-up area of the oil pump there is a safety valve of adjustment of pressure of oil (approximately from 5 bars). Thanks to it, a part of oil pours out in the soaking-up space. Sideways in the oil pallet there is a sensor of level of oil (351).

Engine oil is forced, passing the recirculation locking valve, in an oil filter. The recirculation locking valve prevents hit of oil in the oil pallet at the stopped engine.

From an oil filter the purified oil comes to the main oil canal. At the littered oil filter the bypass valve directs the crude oil directly to the main oil canal.

From the main oil channel there are branchings for lubricant of bearings of a bent shaft. Through inclined openings in a bent shaft oil gets to bearings of rods, and in a body of rods – to piston fingers. Through nozzles of injection of oil (238) oil for cooling is injected on the basis of pistons.

At the same time engine oil via delivery pipelines comes to a head of the block of cylinders and there provides lubricant of a natyazhitel of a chain, bearings of the camshaft (185) and dish-shaped pushers (203). Through cross openings in addition fuel pump (1) and the coupling of an advancing of supply of fuel (18) and if it is available, a turbocompressor is greased.

Prevention

Instead of a cooler air-oil is installed in the 2,2/2,5 l engines the heat exchanger oil – cooling liquid which is located near the oil pallet.
