Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the air filter.
2. Disconnect a hose of ventilation of the engine (12) from the case of a head of the block of cylinders, previously having weakened a hose collar (11).
3. Disconnect a cover (7) sideways and extend up. Weaken bolts and uncover (9). Instruction: the wire of ignition represented in the drawing does not correspond to type 202.
4. Weaken and remove all plugs of spark plugs turn to the right-to the left. Put aside plugs of spark plugs with ignition coils.
5. Unscrew bolts (14) of the case of a head of the block of cylinders. Take the case of a head of the block of cylinders with side sealing laying (2) and laying (3) for nests of spark plugs.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check sealing laying for porosity and cracks. If one laying is damaged, it is necessary to replace at the same time all laying.
2. At installation of sealing laying pay special attention to correctness of landing in back dredging.
3. Evenly tighten bolts of the case of a head of the block of cylinders with m 10 N.' moment.
4. Install plugs of spark plugs as appropriate, for the explanation of installation on the case of a head of the block of cylinders the scheme is beaten out.
5. Fix by spring clips and twirl cover bolts.
6. Put on a hose of ventilation of the engine and record a collar.
7. Install the air filter.
8. Warm up the engine up to the working temperature and check tightness of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders, especially in the field of back dredging.
