3.1.8.1. 4-cylinder engine

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a cross pipe of the air filter for what release hose clips.
2. Remove a hose for ventilation of the engine (22) from the case of a head of the block of cylinders, previously having weakened a hose collar.
3. Disconnect a spring clip of a covering (16) sideways and remove a covering upward. Weaken bolts (3) and remove covering (17).
4. Remove all plugs of spark plugs (2), it is better by means of special nippers.
5. Disconnect sideways a spring clip of fastening of a wire a lambda probe and remove it.
6. Turn off bolts (1) of the case of a head of the block of cylinders.
Prevention

Bolts have various length therefore write down their provisions for the subsequent assembly.
7. Remove the case of a head of the block of cylinders (18) with sealing laying (20).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check integrity of sealing laying, in case of need replace. At laying installation especially pay attention to the correct landing in back dredging.
2. Evenly tighten bolts in the case of a head of the block of cylinders with m 10 N.' moment.
3. Fix by a spring clip a wire a lambda probe.
4. Put on plugs of spark plugs in the appropriate sequence.
5. Screw up bolts and fix by spring clips of a covering.
6. Put on a hose of ventilation of the engine and record hose collars.
7. Establish a cross pipe of the air filter.
8. Bring the engine to working temperature and check tightness of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders, especially in back dredging and in nests for spark plugs.
