Prevention

If details of control of valves are used again, they need to be established on the same places. Not to mix a detail, we recommend to manufacture the panel for their storage. Camshafts are dismantled up at the established head of the block of cylinders.

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of "weight" (–) of the battery.
Prevention

At the same time the anticreeping code of radio is erased.
2. Weaken maple a ridge belt.
3. Uncover a head of the block of cylinders.
4. Remove a forward casing.
5. Install the cylinder 1 in VMT.
6. Note the provision of the operating chain concerning each of two chain wheels of camshafts. For this purpose apply with paint a stroke on a chain and a chain wheel.
7. Unscrew and remove a gear wheel of the inlet camshaft.
8. Remove the operating chain from a gear wheel of the inlet camshaft.
9. Check whether there are camshafts in a basic position. Adjusting openings with a diameter of 4 mm at a basic position of camshafts are placed respectively outside of the upper edge of a head of the block of cylinders (arrow). The regulator of camshafts costs in the direction of "spat" (late).
Prevention

Remove camshafts and establish only in a basic position. They are very sensitive to a break and therefore have to be mounted, whenever possible, without tension.
10. Unscrew covers of bearings of camshafts 1 and 8. Uncover bearings.
Prevention

At first weaken bolts of covers of bearings cross-wise on 1/2 turns, then on one turn weaken all bolts and later unscrew.
11. For dismantling of the inlet camshaft at first uncover bearings 9, 12 and 14.
12. Then uncover bearings 10, 12 and 13. At the same time weaken bolts alternately and slowly, counteraction will not be removed yet.
13. For dismantling of the final camshaft at first uncover bearings 4, 5 and 7.
14. At the end uncover bearings 2, 3 and 6. And weaken bolts slowly and alternately, counteraction will not be removed yet.
15. Take camshafts.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully clean all assembly details flushing gasoline, clear sealing surfaces.
2. Check dish-shaped pushers.
3. Oil camshafts and places of support engine.
Prevention

When replacing camshafts you watch correctness of their identification. The identifier of camshafts is on installation sites of bearings 3 and 10 behind a bearing cover. The letters following the identifier represent only designation of technological operation.
4. Install the inlet camshaft so that the sharp ends of cams in the middle of the third cylinder were directed down.
5. At first mount covers of bearings 10, 11 and 13. At the same time tighten bolts cross-wise alternately, respectively, on one turn.
6. Then mount covers of bearings 9, 12 and 14.
7. Impose the operating chain on a gear wheel of the inlet camshaft.
8. Insert a gear wheel of the inlet camshaft into a chain of management and fix by a new bolt with a fillet with the moment 20 N. m. Then tighten a bolt Rozhkov a key on 90 °.
9. Check coincidence of the marking put at dismantle on gear wheels of camshafts and the operating chain.
10. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
11. Expose time on hours.
12. Set an anticreeping code of radio.
