Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a lamp of the index of turn.
2. Remove from a headlight electric wires and the pneumatic pipeline for adjustment on height.
3. If is available, remove the screen wiper brush lever (24) headlights. For this purpose cast away the protection cover up, unscrew a nut (22) and remove it together with a washer (23).
4. Depending on equipment, unscrew a cross-piece or side protection covers in a zone of fastening of headlights.
5. Unscrew two screws (26) and unhook the protection cover (25) under a headlight.
6. Unscrew screws (27-29) and carefully extend a headlight forward. Close the shock-absorber a rag not to scratch it.
7. If is available, remove a hose to the device for cleaning of the lens of a headlight.
8. If it is necessary to take out the lens of an optical element of a headlight, remove rubber consolidation. Take from spring clips above and below two supporting earrings (38). Remove the lens of an optical element (9) together with consolidation (21).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If it is removed, insert the lens of an optical element of a headlight into the case and at the same time press it until the supporting earrings above and below are not recorded with click.
2. In advance check consolidation for lack of porosity, if necessary replace it.
3. Further installation is carried out in the sequence, the return dismantling.
4. After completion of assembly adjust headlights in specialized auto repair shop.
